WhereIsMyTransport Selected from Almost 800 Applicants to Join the 2020 Elemental Excelerator Cohort
We’re excited to announce that WhereIsMyTransport has been selected by Elemental Excelerator - a global climate-tech accelerator - to join their ninth annual cohort. Chosen from almost 800 applicants in 54 countries, Elemental recognised WhereIsMyTransport for its potential to advance the development of sustainable mobility solutions in the Majority World.
Combining innovative technology and data collection methodology, we are able to integrate formal and informal public transport data, making information available digitally for the first time and enabling an improved mobility experience for billions of people. Helping commuters make informed journeying decisions supports the development of public transport as a reliable, attractive and sustainable mobility option.
Elemental Excelerator has a strong track record working with climate-tech startups, seeing 13 exits and $1.5 billion in follow-on funding to date.
